Attached are the slides Amir Bassiri is using to educate participants at the United Hospital Fund conference re: the updated NYS 1115 Waiver proposal to CMS, including what’s “in”, what’s “out” and what is still being negotiated.  The big takeaway is that Amir believes the 1115 waiver will be approved (with modifications from the original proposal) “later in the fall”.  See attached.
