As you know, the Assembly and Senate one-house budgets are out and we have shared results from the two houses.  The one house budgets are said to represent the priorities and positions of each house going into two-way negotiations.

The budget conference committees we spoke of in a communication we sent last week (‘State Budget Update”, March 10) will begin meeting today.  The Health budget conference committee will meet at 2:00.  Mental Hygiene will meet at 1:00.
