Thanks to Paige Prentice at Horizon Health for sharing two articles (below) regarding a recent state budget outcome we included in the budget overview we sent to all members yesterday.  In summary, the recently enacted budget removes the requirement for NPs with OVER 3600 hours to maintain a collaborative relationship with physicians, for a period of two years.  The NP changes take effect immediately and are deemed in full effect on and after April 1, 2022.
