NYS Council members,

In preparation for your legislative meetings with lawmakers in the days to come, we have prepared a Talking Points document that discusses many of the executive budget proposals where we (NYS Council) have taken a position (Support, Oppose, Make Changes).  For your convenience, each proposal is discussed on its own page.  Where there are concerns or asks from the NYS Council, we have included those as well.  Feel free to tweak these documents to meet your specific needs.

We will review this document during our Thursday morning NYS Council Public Policy and Member Support call tomorrow morning at 9:15 sharp.
