It’s that time of year again.  Lots of legislative introductions and re-introductions (below) to include Senator Harckham’s bill that would establish the office of addiction and mental health services.  Assemblywoman Anna Kelles is carrying the bill on the Assembly side.  Also, there’s a bill from Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal related to COLA however specific language of the bill to include the language and the justification information hasn’t posted yet).  See below from our government relations firm, Reid, McNally & Savage.
