The Partnership For Integrated Care – Listserv

The Partnership for Integrated Care is pleased to announce the launching of a listserv to support the advancement and development of integrated care across New York State. The listserv will provide a forum for the partnership to communicate information and updates and for service providers across the state to ask questions, share resources and identify areas for support and
advocacy.

If you are interested in joining the listserv please send an email to the New York State Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare, Director of Member Services and Communication Cindy Levernois at cindy@nyscouncil.org. You will then receive a confirmation email from integration@listserv.nyscouncil.org.

We are excited to launch this listserv to develop a community that comes together to advance integrated care, support providers and organizations to truly allow for “no wrong door” to become a reality for New Yorkers.

The Partnership  for Integrated Care – a collaborative of the  Association for Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Providers( NYS), NYS Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare, and The Coalition for Behavioral Health- and funded by NYSOMH ,OASAS, and the NY Community Trust, is committed to helping behavioral health organizations around NYS to further integrate care for people with mental health, substance use and medical challenges.
