The NYS Council wants to hear from Council members who have, during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, offered your mental health and/or substance use staff (both those working with clients and those that are support staff) innovative or unique trainings, workshops, or employee assistance programs that you know have assisted your staff to maintain or improve their self-care/wellness. We are also interested in hearing from agencies that have implemented training or technical assistance programs designed to help staff to develop or enhance the skills they need to perform their responsibilities during these most challenging times.
Please tell us your stories! Agencies with something great to share may be featured in a series of statewide webinars designed to highlight agency innovations during the public health emergency, and there are funds available to reimburse you for your prep time.
