The National Council has updated its’  “Rules of the Road” infographic (attached as a pdf) to help guide members through the Phase 3 Provider Relief Fund application process.  The infographic includes links that direct providers to the application portal, the full eligibility requirements, and HHS’ FAQ document (updated to include Phase 3 information).

Reminder: the deadline to apply is Friday, November 6. 

There is also the possibility of a private webinar briefing for National Council members with HHS next Friday, 10/16 which will be an opportunity to hear directly from HHS regarding the Phase 3 process.
