Several NYS Council members have reached out asking for templates to create vaccination policies. In the last couple of days there have been some great resources from the Society for Human Resource Management on developing policies for mandating vaccinations. Jeannie Campbell at the National Council passed these documents along to Nat Council Association Execs and they are attached, fyi.
As always, we urge you to consult counsel before making decisions such as whether to implement a mandatory vaccination policy.
