Yesterday the NYS OMH sent a letter to all OMH providers that received/are eligible to receive last year’s 4% COLA (SFY24 budget), reminding all to file the attestation associated with use of COLA funds.  Note that recent state budget provisions re: COLA include language stating that failure to submit the attestation could result in recoupment of the funds already received and withholding of future payment of the same.  Two docs attached.  OMH note below.

Please see the attached letter regarding COLA increases, and corresponding attestation to be completed for each of your Provider Names/Provider Codes and returned to OMH.

Failure to submit this form may result in the recovery of increases already paid, and withhold of future payment of such funds. Providers are required to submit OMH’s attestations regardless of attestations they may have completed for other agencies.

Note: If you have already completed and returned the 2023-24 COLA Attestation, please ignore this email.
