Nonprofit New York and the Lawyers Alliance for New York will hold a Policy Forum: What Does the Enactment of S4817a/A1141a Mean for Nonprofits? on Wednesday, November 17 from 3:00pm – 4:00pm. Assemblymember Amy Paulin, sponsor of A1141a, will join the call to introduce the forum that is designed to provide an overview of the proposed reporting requirement, discuss the successful advocacy strategies to repeal it, and clarify what nonprofits need to know about their filing obligations.
