Last night, the Senate passed the 2020 Crisis Stabilization and Community Re-entry Act (S3312).  As you may recall, the Act was one of three high priorities heavily supported by both the NYS Council and the National Council for Behavioral Health during Hill Day this year.

Advocacy efforts to compel the House to pass the Act is ramping up.  We will be asking all members to weigh in shortly.
