Subject: Release of the Telehealth Capital Program Solicitation of Interest

I am writing to inform you that the New York State Department of Health, Office of Primary Care and Health Systems Management, today released the Telehealth Capital Program Solicitation of Interest (SOI) #18828.

The Telehealth Capital Program SOI can be accessed through the New York State Contract Reporter. 

Applications must be submitted in Grants Gateway by 4:00 PM EST on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
