Thanks to the efforts of Senator Gustavo Rivera, our Model Contract Transparency bill, S9207/A9442-A is on its’ way to a vote in the NYS Senate!  As you may recall, thanks to the extraordinary efforts of Assemblyman Richard Gottfried,  the Assembly already passed this bill.  Now it is up to the Senate to bring it home.
