As a result of the NYS Council advocacy in a letter to OASAS Commissioner Chinazo Cunningham and others at OASAS, OASAS has agreed to a delay in implementation of use of the new PAS47M for residential, clinic, and OTP providers. OASAS is going to delay the implementation (and effective date for this new requirement) until January 2026.
THANK YOU to the OASAS leadership for being responsive to our delay request, and for also providing clarity in the areas NYS Council members need more information on to use the form. The NYS Council will continue to work with OASAS to streamline this and other required reports for our membership.
