As a benefit of your membership with the NYS Council, we would like to share with you a set of Policies and Procedures that have been put together via a collaborative process between several membership associations who represent providers operating CFTSS services, some of their members and several consultants who specialize in compliance work.  Specifically, the documents provide you with a template you can tweak and use when you file your application/s for permanent tele health licenses for these programs and services.  There are 13 documents listed below for you to download.
