Attached is a letter advocates sent to lawmakers earlier this week re: some of our joint budget priorities as we round the corner into the final stretch of budget negotiations.

Also attached please find our document discussing NYS Council SAPT Block Grant priorities.  We submitted our written comments after participating in a discussion earlier this week that brought together association advocates and OASAS leads on the topic ideas for use of the December 2020 SAMHSA Block Grant funds coming in to NYS.
